Everest Leadership Advisors was created in 2025 by Laura Jozwiak.  Laura has over 30 years in the Fleet Management Industry and climbed the ranks from Executive Assistant to the Chief Client Officer of a $10 billion enterprise.  Laura brings her years of experience in Strategic Account Management, client retention & satisfaction, mentorship, leadership, culture, along with her own experiences working with family-owned to Private Equity-owned structures, to inspire and grow our next generation of leaders.
